Eng. S. B. 427 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact §11-6-23 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to allowing the Secretary of State to give written notice of delinquency in the payment of certain taxes to certain taxpayers by first class mail.”
